You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any setups, images, notes, or other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Mini RC Setup Tracker a non-exclusive license to display, store, and share that content within the platform.

4. Premium Memberships & Billing

Certain features require a paid Premium subscription. Subscription billing is handled securely through Stripe.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Premium pricing may change in the future with notice.

5. Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the situation.

6. AI Tuning Coach Disclaimer

AI-generated tuning recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. Setup recommendations may not produce desired performance results and should be tested carefully.

Mini RC Setup Tracker is not responsible for vehicle damage, race outcomes, setup performance, or user decisions based on AI-generated suggestions.

7. Prohibited Use

  • No scraping or automated data extraction
  • No copying or reproducing site content or database
  • No reverse engineering or attempting to clone the platform
  • No unlawful, abusive, or harmful use
  • No attempts to bypass account or subscription restrictions

8. Intellectual Property

All platform code, branding, design, layout, structure, and content (excluding user submissions) are owned by Mini RC Setup Tracker and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or abuse the platform.

10. Disclaimer

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

Mini RC Setup Tracker is not liable for damages, losses, data loss, setup performance issues, or any other claims arising from use of the platform.
